Yeah you heard that right. Okay, so they’re not quite as good as bagels… When I’m trying to avoid bread and keep my carb intake under control, I make these everything bagel bites. They are super easy and about as healthy as bagels can possibly get! They’re a great grain free low carb bagel snack.
So this week I started a new fitness program by Muffin Topless (AKA Savannah) called 21 Day Fit Body Jump Start. She is amazing. I follow her on instagram and her posts are always very positive and inspiring. Plus she’s just gorgeous. I will post a before & after photo of my progress on the blog when I’m done!
I’m on Day 6 now but I forgot to lift Mon and Tues. I did a lot of cardio those days though- on Memorial Day Monday my bf and I worked in the yard for hours. We pulled up all the crab grass in the front yard by hand, trimmed trees & shrubs, spread grass seed, and cleaned out the shed so I could get my motorcycle out! On Tuesday I had 2 hours of roller derby practice. So not a complete loss.
Yesterday I got my new toy in the mail! I got a Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor
to accurately track my work outs. I’ve been SO curious to know how many calories I burn during roller derby practice. I set it up and used it for yesterday’s workout. I took the dog for a 15 minute walk and then I did the Arm Day work out. I can’t believe how much her workouts make me sweat! crazy.
Ok so lets get back on topic – here’s the low carb bagel recipe 😉
